About Me

I’m a builder at heart and a P&L leader by trade. I specialize in creating businesses, teams, and operating systems where none previously existed.

Across 20+ years in AdTech, Retail Media, and Digital Commerce, I’ve scaled organizations from pre-revenue to nine-figure outcomes and owned global P&Ls at some of the world’s most complex companies. As the founding GM of Uber’s Grocery & Retail Advertising business, I grew the platform from $0 to $100M+ ARR in three years, helping make Uber Ads a $1B+ growth engine.

Before Uber, I led digital and eCommerce transformations at Target, Kimberly-Clark, and Kellogg’s, driving growth, restructuring teams, and navigating ambiguity at scale.

I launched Bridgehead Advisory to help ambitious leaders do the same: build strong teams, align around the right priorities, and translate strategy into execution.
